No, smoking kills. That's what the propaganda says.

Haven't seen you in a while. Black is easy. Use a bright, directional light beam on the smoke, and make sure the light doesn't fall on the black backdrop (a black cotton jacket draped over a chair). Then the backdrop will be very dark relative to the smoke, and hence appear black.

To get the white, inverse the image. Heh, din't expect that did you.
